UPON INVESTIGATION OF THE COMPLAINT, MYPLANET WILL IMMEDIATELY CEASE HOSTING THE CONTENT IF THE USER IS FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, AND FOLLOW-UP WITH AN APPROPRIATE LEGAL RESPONSE.
